The hotel offers a modern design with really good beds on the upper floors, providing stunning views of Hong Kong. While the service from the front desk staff was excellent, some receptionists were not as attentive and even pushed certain requests. The location, though in the bustling urban jungle of Hong Kong, is conveniently near Time Square shopping mall and various transportation options. The dining did not come with the rate but featured tasty home-made pastries.

I absolutely loved this hotel! The rooms were spacious and had ample storage for all my belongings. The front desk staff provided excellent service, always ready to assist promptly. The location was super convenient, right near the Time Square shopping mall and just a short walk to Causeway Bay. The dining experience, although not included, featured delicious Thai dishes. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay even more enjoyable.
